Peal the apple and cut in segments before putting in the oven during 15 minutes at 180°C (355°F).
Mix the egg (at room temperature) with the almond paste in a bowl, little by little, to get a homogeneous mix.
Mix the flours with the cinnamon.
Whip the egg and almond pastes. Mix until it rises and add the flours delicately.
Melt the butter and grease the mould before sprinkling generously with sticks of grilled almonds.
Pour half of the paste in the mould. Add the roasted apple and pour the remaining paste.
Grill sticks of almonds for 10 minutes at 180°C (355°F).
Put the cake into the oven at 170°C (340°F) during 25 minutes.
To finish, unmold and decorate with a few sticks of grilled almonds.
