Created in 1968 by Gaston Lenôtre, ‘Autumn Leaf’ is a classic from Maison Lenôtre! The smoothness of the dark chocolate mousse is delicately combined with the meringue. Its finely serrated design is hand-pleated by the Maison’s pastry chefs, who created this range of comforting flavours, perfect for this autumn season!

With this chocolate tart made by Davide Malizia, you will enjoy the perfect balance between gourmet pleasure and refinement. On the programme: chocolate, candied orange peels, crunchy dried fruit and a touch of star anise to enhance the whole experience. This is a real masterpiece to try!

The Squirrel reserve is back in the shops of Maison Vergne and is just waiting to be enjoyed!
