ELECTION OF THE NEW RELAIS DESSERTS OFFICE

INTRODUCTION

The new Relais Desserts board was elected on Tuesday, September 19 at the end of the General Assembly of the association organized as every year during the annual autumn seminar.

Vincent Guerlais, was re-elected with a new team whose composition is as follows:

Secretary: Aurélien Trottier

Treasurer: Michel Belin

Admissions Manager: Pascal Lac (assisted by Sébastien Bouillet and Arnaud Larher)

Paris: Emmanuel Ryon

Grand Est: Florian Koeller

Alps: Damien Moutarlier

Provence: Eric Escobar

Japan: Norihito Teraï

This new team has been elected for 5 years, their role is to ensure the daily management of the Association and to supervise the organization of events, such as the annual seminars or the Evening of the Awards of Excellence or the Relais Desserts Charles Proust Competition.

Participatory diagnosis of the ‘Femme Rurale du Littoral’ cooperative (Rural Woman of the Littoral)

Some time ago, we told you about our commitment alongside the ‘Club des Chocolatiers Engagés’ as part of the ‘Femme Rurale du Littoral’ project. The aim of this initiative is to promote the financial independence of a cooperative of 70 women, in particular by growing cocoa in the south of Cameroon.
