RECIPE STEPS

INGREDIENTS
  • 800 g fresh whole milk
  • 200 g liquid creme fraiche
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 1 dash of allspice
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
STEPS

Heat the milk with the cream, sugar and split and scraped vanilla pod.

Add the cocoa and spices.

Bring mixture to the boil, reduce heat and leave to gently simmer for 1 to 2 min to allow the cocoa to swell up.

This process will give the recipe its unctuousness.
